I just selected 4. Advertising or marketing

No idea if others should be selected, but have notified Unity this is missing from their privacy survey answers…

Same issue here, didn’t check anything yet, but I’m not sure if only 4 is suitable. Taking in consideration Unity Manual I think 2 and 5 must be ticked too.

I’m fairly sure Unity removed Ad Id usage from Analytics…

You could be correct on 5 though. We’ll have to wait and see what Unity say.

Since it is not listed, I decided to match the “Device or other identifiers” answer in the Unity Ads data safety section.

I’m ONLY using Unity Ads, and following the Google Play data safety section for Unity Ads, I’ve selected the same as @Comalinx :
