google play console error with uploading apk file

hey i have a problem posting
app on google play console there is an error like this: An APK file or a debugable Android App Bundle has been uploaded. For security reasons, you must disable debugging before publishing it to Google Play. nullMore information about debugable apk files and Android App Bundles null please help in advance thank you please 9 hours on this head
