Currently trying to update the Data Safety Form for a app on the google play store currently stuck on this (Attached Screenshot) part of the form and the guide here does not have information regarding this other then saying users have the option to delete the data:

The app bundle referenced here currently has unity ads and I am trying to update the app after two years. I am currently trying to add a update the app to remove ads but it looks like I may have created this bundle before removing unity ads in package manager.
Anyone know what the link is here as I will need to update this form before I can upload other bundles by the look of things.
