Google Play Services acting strangely

I have recently released an app (I can provide link if neccessary) on Google Play. Prior to this I added google play Achievements and a Leaderboard. I tested both and they worked perfectly. However I gave the game to some friends to test, and they are having less than perfect experiences. Problem #1: The leaderboard either doesn’t load (it just gets stuck on the loading animation), or it doesn’t accept scores no matter what. Problem #2: After reloading the game all obtained achievemetns dissappear, and you’re able to obtain them again.

Edit 1: So after completely making a new oath client several times, I got back to a very similiar situation. When I made a build for myself everything works, upload to Google Play and then download. Achievements and Login work, but leaderboard does not accept any score at all. I’m really confused!

Sometime back we did notice similar scenario with some of our customers. For them it got back to work after some days without any changes.

Just make sure you fill in the consent in google console and publish game services if your app is released to public.
