Google Play Store: Requested product is not available for purchase

I am using IAP package 3.2.2, and Unity version 2020.3.1.16f1. I have followed https://docs.unity3d.com/2022.2/Documentation/Manual/UnityIAPGoogleConfiguration.html, and have successfully pulled the target Item’s information from the store (for example, I am able to get LocalizedPriceString from the item’s metadata…etc).

However, when I call m_Controller.InitiatePurchase, instead of the normal dialogue box, I got a dialogue box displaying “The Item you requested is not available for purchases.”

I have made sure that:

• I didn’t use my Developer-account to test, but another account.
• I have used Closed-Beta track.
• I have downloaded the app via the Join on Android link.

This error is weird to me because I am able to get the Item’s MetaData, which means the Item is listed in Google Play Store somehow…

Anyway, help is appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Ensure to be using IAP 4.1.4. Please show your Google dashboard that shows this product available for sale. Please share your purchasing code, including your AddProduct method, the spelling of the ProductID needs to match. Also, please provide the device logs from the Android device that you are testing on https://discussions.unity.com/t/699654
