Hi guys. I am 16 years old. I am from Romania. I ve made my first android game and I would want to publish it on google play. I have my personal debit card. Do you think it would be a problem if i use it for the payment of the google publisher account ? As I read in the terms of usage of google wallet, sellers must be at least 18… so what can I do to publish my game ? My sister is over 20 and we are both developers. I think she would be ok if I make the account with her name, but she definitely wouldn’t accept to pay with her card. It is her card and she is a little bit superstitious. Soo… what to do, guys ? It is important with what card i pay the registration fee ? I can observe that when i continue to the payment, I need to make a google wallet account. Can I make the account with my card , witch is a debit card for people under 18 ?

I am 16 and I have developer account. The only issue is that you can’t have Google Merchant account, which means that you can’t sell your app or have IAP.
As for which card to use, it doesn’t matter really.
Can you later edit the account and put it on another name ? My game is supposed to be a premium one, paid. So if i make the account on my name, it is going to ruin my plans 
Well, as far as paying for it, you should be able to pay with any given card. But you won’t be able to officially “own” the account once you do until you are 18, as in most if not all countries you can’t sign a contract until you are 18. My recommendation is to make the deal with your sister. You pay the fee with your card, but She agrees to the contract. Here is the deal though. What “company” or publisher name were you going to use? I’m not suggesting the whole fake company to look good when you haven’t even made a game thing, rather that you should still have a name for a company in order to do business. And remember, companies can be bought, sold, given, etc… So even though your sister is currently the one to have signed the contract, there is nothing that says you can’t keep using the account when you turn 18, or create your own account if you really had to. If you keep the games made by your company, not your sister’s name there shouldn’t be a problem there.
Remember, few of us our legal experts here on the forums, and so we won’t be responsible for anything, but that is my best advice. Also, I don’t think you can later edit the account’s name but I could be wrong about that. In any case I don’t think it matters because the games are made by YourGameCompany, not by your sister or even you for that matter, know what I mean?
Also remember that now days all seller info is visible for paid/iap apps so Google Play would show you sisters name and address as its now mandatory info.

You can always change your company name which is displayed on Google Play Store product page.
As for paid, the only way they block setting up merchant account is your google’s profile data which is date of birth.
I don’t think it’s possible to change a name.
I now realised i ve put my sister birth year and my birthday and birth moth. Do they check the birthday to match with the one from your id ?
Most likely. I don’t have a merchant account so I can’t give you an exact answer.
But they do check your birthday if you want to setup a google merchant account.

Man, I have another issue. Could you please help me again ? Your explications were so helpful. When I go to the payment method, they ask me for my name and my adress, and then for my card number and my cvc.
The problem is that i do not understand if i need to put the name the card is made on, or the name i want the google account to be on. What do you think bro ? Thank you

Most likely there is a separate section for the account name etc… so the part on the payment screen would be the info specific to the card, usually exactly as it is written on the card. For example, my name is Kenneth Burkhart Jr., but for whatever reason my bank debit card they put K BURKHART JR so I have to put that in the name field where credit cards come in, but not in account names, etc…
