This might have been asked before but searching through Google I could only find information on why Google+ was shutting down, where to get backups, etc. but nothing really that would answer my question about Google Play Services.
So, for the last couple of days I’ve been struggling to get my friends list appearing in my game. Unfortunately, no luck. I thought, “Hold on a minute, let me make damn sure I’ve actually got people on my friends list”. I opened up ‘Google Play Games’ on my phone and for the life of me, can’t find where to add people.
I did a bit of digging online and it looks as though they needed to be in some sort of ‘Google+ Circles’ arrangement…but…Google+ is being shut down…it would explain why I couldn’t find where to add friends or why none were appearing on my game.
Is this not the case? Am I looking in the wrong place to add friends to ‘Google Play Games’? I checked the github page and I see no mention of anything being removed and it was last updated 4 days ago.
Any information at all would be a great help.
