Is it alright to take images from google streetview and use em as textures in game? I am attempting to model the area I live in and would love to be able to texture the buildings with streetview images.
What are the conditions onthis kind of thing?
I would think ask Google, but since the pics are of private and public property, but displayed in a public forum, what could Google say? However, it is pictures taken by them, with their equipment. Yah, ask google.
