I’m building an area guiding app , that user can know where they are and what’s around them , for now I’m using MapNav to implement GPS stuff , setting some position on map , but how ever the accuracy is not always ideal .
So I’m thinking if I can put some GPS tracker or bluetooth or something on my position , to improve the accuracy ? I don’t really know how these work , so it might sound stupid , can any body give me some suggestion ?

You can use Garmin GPS devices to improve your accuracy and you don’t have to worry about the updates too as Garmin Express Updater provides regular updates.
