GrabPass strange behaviour

Hi,
I’m trying to build a refraction shader using the GrabPass feature.
I’m developing for Hololens and everything looks ok untill the build.
On the device the behaviour is strange, it look like the single pass stereo rendering has a problem.
The result is that I have the good refraction on the left eye of the Hololens and the wrong on the right.
I already implemented this ,as suggest and no problem with all my others shader

Is this a bug or could be a mistake on my side?
