Gradle Build Failed

I cannot for the life of me build for Android. I have a fresh install of Unity 2021.3.9f1 with the Android Build Support, OpenJDK, and Android SDK & NDK Tools modules. I create a new 3D project, switch the build platform to Android and try to build. Then I get this:

From what I could find about Windows Universal C Runtime it is a Windows 10 package, which I am running:

Edition Windows 10 Enterprise
Version 21H2
Installed on ‎18-‎2-‎2022

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

Any ideas?

I am following 263 failed build threads and have not seen a fix yet. Sorry for the bad news but This has put me out of business for the last year.

Can you try installing Android Studio and see if the error goes off?
If not, try installing/updating the runtime from here.
