I have just started learning Unity using the official video tutorials. I did the assignment “Brick Shooter” and noticed that the quality in the video compared to my pc was fairly different. Is this something that isn’t setup properly in Unity or is my graphics card not displaying it properly? I have an nvidia gtx550ti
I can’t see the videos in your post, but it appears that the brick shooter video in the “Learn” section is using the Pro version of Unity, and using dynamic shadows. If you have not yet, you can probably get a similar look by lightmapping the scene.
Yeah I have started using the trial. I imported all the assets originally in the free version, so I thought it might be that too. I made a new project in Unity Pro and imported the demo assets again, but the same thing happened.
