I have a project, and the graphics emulation was working fine till I upgraded to v1.5. Now in my scenes the lighting winds up being all wrong unless I change the emulation mode to “No Emulation” and then change it back to a iPhone emulation. its not a big deal, but it gets kinda annoying to have to redo that each time I load Unity.

It looks like a bug to me.
Are you able to reassemble that issue in a small project?
Please fill a bug report and add screenshots/descriptions and if possible the small project, so developers can know what is happening and fix it as soon as possible
