Graphics / transparency question

Hi there,

Our game is presenting a problem with transparency on menus, in some systems.

I believe its related with low video capabilities, but since I could not reproduce the error on my computers, I’m blind to handle this.

Any clue would be welcome.

Problem found / fixed.

Yes, it was related with low video capacity, but it seems hard to explain if the user has a good system, a good graphics card, and everything it suppose need to play.

So, the problem and solution:

The hardware acceleration for video was set to none, on the problematic(s) computer.

They have the hardware needed, but they configuration wasn’t using such hardware and power.

Turning on the hardware acceleration the game played smooth.

That’s strange, usually it’s the opposite.
