Ground Fog lightens up as camera turns

Hi everyone, I’m using Unity 2022.3, URP. I’ve input a Ground Fog effect from the Unity Package (hence, NOT volumetric fog) to do a cutscene. I’ve lowered the emission so it’s darker considering it’s night time, but for some reason, as I turn the camera, the bit of fog that’s in the middle of the shot lightens up (see screenshot). Does anyone know how to disable this glare that follows the camera please? I just want it dark all the way around regardless of where the camera looks.

I’ve chosen the Fog FX rather than Volumetric because I need to control how it behaves and where it shows, and when, inside the cutscene.

Hello, could you share the exact reference to the Ground Fog Effect that you are mentionning.
Volumetric Fog isn’t supported in URP and I’m not aware of a VFX Graph Fog effect provided for URP.
Maybe you wrongly Tag Visual-Effects-Graph ?
If so providing the reference to the Fog effect could help use to properly redirect this topic to the correct channels.
