GUI of Unity 4.6 - Detecting On Click() Down

I’m using the GUI of Unity 4.6 beta and I need to detect the “On Click() Down” similar to “Mouse Down”. The default is mouse up.

Help please,

use eventTrigger component + OnPointerDown

Does this works for mobile Touch ? With pointerclick?

not sure you must test for yourself - but if not then find standalone input module then check allow activation on mobile device. maybe not the best but as workaround should be enough

it works i tested it

thanks your comment made me double check and I can assure that it works. (when it didn’t for me at first for some reason)

You can get an example of how to detect Pressed & Highlighted events in my topic - http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/one-solution-to-how-to-detect-if-button-is-pressed.277789/
