GUI Questions on sizing and management.

HI there,
I have a few questions in Unity GUI. The traffic there is slow, so if you have a miniute and think you can help a borther out. Please shoot on over. I think they are probably very simple questions but I am new to the GUI so am struggling with sizing mainly and i know there are a lot of references on this, but maybe this is something new.
