my console gets spammed with this message:
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Boo.Lang.Runtime.RuntimeServices.InvokeBinaryOpera tor (System.String operatorName, System.Object lhs, System.Object rhs)
MainMenu.OnGUI () (at Assets/MainMenu.js:6)
