GUI Text Font Resize For Different Resolution

Hi. First of all, yes I am newbie with Unity. I researched everywhere but I can’t find solution. Here is my problem.

This is my GUI Text features;

This is how appear on high resulation mobile phone (like LG G3);

This is how appear on low resulation mobile phone;
http://www.imgim.com/health2.jpg

I want all resulation be same like low resulation mobile phone. How can I do that?
