You have to ask more specific questions. There are many tutorials online where you find lots of example code. If you struggle at a certain point, you may ask about that.
i need a square shaped one without any background picture or button picture just the code the type that i want is that if anyone clicks it it will come up with a white background the size of the screen width is 13 inches and the height is 31 inches any more questions just reply 
As a quick tip: When you ask for actual code in this forum, you get usually no answer, or at least not the code you need. Show that you tried something, show what you got so far and especially that you took the time to find a solution on your own. As you can find tons of materials on that topic, you should search before asking.
