Gun Wont Follow Camera Up and Down With Unity's First Person Controller

i attached it to the first person controller and its perfectly lined up and i can look left and right but when i look up and down the gun doesnt follow where i am looking

ok i found the answer for all those 87 viewers! open up the first person controller so you can see the children of it. attach the gun to the MAIN CAMERA
