guys i need a help about Character full Controller

i want to learn unity

first i want to learn about full controller for player like

pick up
use equpment > weapons, health , etc
jumping
walking
runing
sit
ledge hand
falling
die
grounded
spawn

and more if theres

please any one can help me ??
