You can watch all episodes on southpark.nl, you just have to send an X-Forwarded-For header with a Netherland IP as value (if you aren’t able to change the headers of your browser you should probably not be working with computers).
Easy trick, you don’t even need a VPN for much region blocked stuff 
(thanks to many server side programmers understanding sh#t about how the internet works) (so I pay 85$/y for a VPN service I almost never need ;-( )
Or I can do what I’ve always done: Grab the episode from my usual source right after it’s aired
