Regarding AI - i’ve used my own one, that check obstacles to the target and build path around them.
I also plan to integrate another one too, that constantly track obstacles - this is a bit slower, but allows to solve even complicated obstacles.
Enemy doesn’t track each other - avoidance partly solved by physic and partly by path-finding from different positions.

I don’t use Mechanim right now, but i’m thinking about its implementation)
lol Allebi no asset developer is using a pathfinding system with mecanim… why is this? I would of thought it made more sense in offering something thats not already out there.
If I was a good enough programmer I would make it myself.
Also when I ask this question to the others they all give the same reply, “I’m thinking about it”

All systems (AI, PathFinding, Combat, Items collecting etc) will work for third and first person perspective.
BUT controls should be updated (or replaced) by suitable one. I suppose, standard Unity’s 1st and 3rd person controllers should works OK, after some updates.
In any case - i’ll be happy to help you with this task!
Also i going to add such feature to my uptates roadmap.

Mechanim is really powerfull , so i’m not sure why nobody uses it in full scope.
I can suppose that reasons are similar to mine: I have developed my system for Unity 3 when Mechanim doesn’t exist.
Good thing - whole system can be used under older versions of Unity, but - it is not important, after Unity Technologies made mobile addons for Unity4 free of charge.

(“OpenCandy” more Adware) and tries to change the default homepage and the default search engine.
couldn’t author just give us regular webplayer based version that we could use to evaluate your asset without opening ourselves up to adware or worse…

Guys, i’m really sorry! Looks like the distributor includes those toolbars, although they have never done this before.
I need to think about better host for my games.
I had to wipe my laptop and start over because of this. Why don’t you just host it yourself. Most of those free game hosts use you and your game to sell those adware apps. You could just put up a WP website with a paypal donation link and it would be better than that.
You cannot put up your own site? This kit is in its infancy. You still have so much to add just to get it up to speed with the other kits, Its not yet to the level of the tutorials by the same name. If you are going to stick with it you should invest in your own site. You will need it to keep up with documentation, your own tutorials and user feedback.
And just so you do not do what most RPG kits do make it for the novice user not the programmer. It just does not make sense to write a kit just for programmers unless its ground breaking advanced. No offence but your kit is not even at the levels of most kits of this kind YET. You do not even have some of the basic rpg features yet. But it can be a great kit because of this. This means you can still build it much more user friendly than the others.
Zerano’s kit is amazing and so is ORK kit. Though they are for two different types of user. If you build yours for the artist more you can be a contender up there with both of these kits.
