Hi i am asking because i have a shader that uses this cubemap but since its a cubemap it works with geometry and in a sphere looks good but when I use it in other meshes it looks broken.
is there a way in unity to achieve this effect of the video? I am just interested in the hair angel ring. to have the smooth shape like the game and move like it. if there is more information I need to provide I will do that. thank you so much.
how exactly does it look broken? my first thought is that if you don’t have smooth normals, any cubemap effect of this type will look bad. could you supply a picture of the model with the material on it if this isn’t the case? you can change normals in unity model import or in 3d modeling application.
