Okay so i want to make this 100% sure. I am going to buy the Burgzerd whatever tut and i have my pay-pal setup to my SAVING accounts and last time i bought something it took it out of my BANK not my PAYPAL balance so when i buy these it will take it from my PAYPAL or my BANK balance? i don’t want to go threw this again and lose money from it… please if you bought it or know please answer me i need to know this

So you want to pay from Paypal balance instead of bank balance so you could do a dispute and charge the money back afterwards? 
That’s what comes to my mind after reading the first post…
uhm no i don’t work like that its just last time i bought something it took it from my bank after i pt all my money in my pay pal and it took time to get the money back to the bank from my pay pal and i got negative 238$$ and i had to pay it im wanting to be sure.
When you purchase stuff from paypal, it asks if you want to use your bank account or your paypal balance.
There is, of course, one that is set to default. Obviously it’s your bank account. You need to click “Change Payment Method” or whatever, before completing paying for it.
You need to be very careful, and actually look at everything that is being said in the website you’re buying from and the PayPal website. If you looked at it more carefully and correctly, you wouldn’t have made this mistake. I am not trying to sound harsh, but to tell you that this is very serious and you need to look at what you’re doing better.
