Hate to Complain, but having serious problems with sales support.

I hate to complain. And I hate to post this message publicly. But I really need some help badly.

I bought 2 Unity Pro keys with asset server. I went through a sales rep so I had to snail mail a check (still boggling at that).

Apparently, because of Unite, processing of that was delayed. Its been almost 2 weeks ago. Our “trial keys” were set to expire Aug 31 (yesterday).

For a week, I have been calling and emailing my sales contact and the San Francisco office. Absolutely ZERO responses.

I posted a message here a few days ago, and a moderator got in touch with me quickly and tried to facilitate some communication.

The mod said our trial key duration would be extended another week so they could try and catch up and get things processed.

Our trial keys expired yesterday.

I’ve got people on my team who came in on a Saturday to work (their idea, not mine) and they can’t because when they launch Unity it says the key is expired.

This is super frustrating. I’ve been trying to give Unity my money but for some reason it isn’t getting processed and now the keys that were to ‘hold us over’ during processing have expired, and the supposed ‘extension’ apparently didn’t take.

I have contacted sales about this again, I am doing the best I can to get you the help you need, the extension should have kicked in yesterday. Your sales rep appears to be away so I have been personally contacting sales on your behalf to move things as quickly as possible. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
