I currently have 1 account (this one), however i’d like to have this for personal use only and make another one for publishing games, assets etc.
Is this allowed?

Yes you can have multiple Asset Store accounts. Unity will not though move assets, whether bought or being sold under, between your accounts.
I’m assuming you can have as many account as you want as long you don’t breech the eula/tos (IE working on a pro/plus project with your free account).
Best to ask someone at unity or look though the eula/tos if you’re concerned about this, but I don’t see why this would be a problem.
