Having a problem with model importing

So I got a mesh creator, and it exports as .obj, but when I import it to unity, I cant do anything with it. I drag it to the editor, but it doesnt appear. Am I doing something wrong? (I’m still new if it helps any)

It is now importing correctly, but now it's giving this error:

ImportFBX Errors:
Couldn’t import file (insert path here).
UnityEditorInternal.InternalEditorUtility:ProjectWindowDrag(HierarchyProperty, Boolean)

any ideas?

It is now importing correctly, but its stripping the sides off of it:

Mesh ‘default’ has no normals. Recalculating normals.

is it just the setup of unity, or is it a problem with my mesh editor?

Chances are it’s a problem with the modeling software, especially since I’ve never even heard of MeshCreator.

I would use something more mainstream like Blender (it’s free), Unity has a tutorial on importing things from blender here.
