Having issues starting Unity

I’m having trouble starting Unity after reinstalling Windows. I’m not sure what went wrong as Unity was working before I was forced to do a factory restore.

This is what my set up is:
Windows 10 Home Personal
Unity 5.3.6p4

I really need to get this fixed today has been the worst.
