HDRP 10.1.0 missing cloud layer?

I just upgraded to 10.1.0 from 10.0.0 preview 27 and looks like Cloud Layer is gone. Is this intended deprecation or am I just not able to find it in the new release.

The cloud layers were pretty good, I was writing up some feedback on it…
