[HDRP 7.1.6] Still allocates 2.8 kb every frame

In a simple scene like this with one static probe, one sphere, one directional light and PBR sky


Profiled in a build. Is this really anavoidable?

P.S. And if I rotate a directional light as described in this thread , the allocations jump to insane 70kb per frame.
