HDRP Build adds strange shadows, PlayMode works fine

Build has a second weird shadow that moves with the capsule and disappears when jumping:

PlayMode looks fine, no weird extra shadows anywhere:

I didnt mess with any shadow settings, everything is default. Why is this happening and how can I prevent/remove these extra weird looking shadows that only appear in a Build?

This seems to be the same bug, from Augusts 2022:

I changed the “Angular Diamater” of the Sun/Directional Light object and it seems to help a tiny bit, but the bug persists.
