Hi there,
I am using Unity 2019.3.0b4 with the HDRP package 7.1.2
I’ve followed the documentation setup informations but I can’t achieve to have global illumination and shadows working in my scene.
On the other hand I can visualize those render targets in the debug view but they don’t appear in the game or scene view.
Is there something I am missing ?

Try this thread, might be the same story. You are missing something, just a question of looking at the most likely candidates:

Thank you for the very fast answer. It seems that the value of #define SHADEROPTIONS_RAYTRACING (1) is not kept upon several instances.
d3d12:generating mipmaps for array texture is not yet supported
