HDRP killing my DOTS

I did a bunch of work optimizing my dots game only to run into HRDP eating a lot of CPU. If I’m reading the tea leaves correctly many of my system are waiting on HDRP cpu processes not scheduling in parallel, I’m I doing something wrong or is this a know thing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

what version of unity? are you using hybrid render v2? what does the actual profile look like
