HDRP Lens Flares

Greetings. I need a lens flare effect when using HDRP. In the “The Hereric” demo, this effect was (seen in the screenshot). At the moment, this is an experimental feature? I can not find anywhere. Are there any analogues how to make this effect?

Hi, Lens flare in Heretic are just unlit quad with a simple shader.
The shader come from the Fontainbleau demo: GitHub - Unity-Technologies/FontainebleauDemo: Fontainebleau demo.

This turned out to be exactly what I needed, thank you very much! Unfortunately, this effect stopped working when moving to the 2019.1 version of the Unity. Is there any quick way to fix the error in the shader?

I dont think there is quick fix. Unity PP got totally changed and migrated to the volume system in 2019.1 so you need to adapt lens flares as well.

I think you can use any transparent base shader and adapt the vertex for it, i used the same for convert for my new HDRP water - clouds system (Unity 2019.3.f1).

Hi, thanks to everyone, the problem was solved long ago in 19 with the Fontainbleau demo update.

Here is the solution, if anyone still looking for HDRP Lens Flare, This guy is giving asset for totally free. Enjoy!
