HDRP + RIFT + VRTK

Has anyone been able to get this working? If not with VRTK, but at least with some kind of VR integration?

I’m using the latest beta 2018.3.0b4 and following TianLiang’s directions:

https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/ScriptableRenderPipeline/wiki/VR-in-HDRP
https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/ScriptableRenderPipeline/wiki/XR-for-SRP

However, the app never loads in the headset; it just displays the large “loading” icon/panel and nothing happens. The editor shows tracking and it appears to be working, but otherwise nothing in the HMD.

If I stop the playback in the editor, the loading icon/panel remains up in the HMD. Even after closing the panel, and trying to open another VR app, it will mention that I am still in a VR app.

You’d need 2018.3 beta 4 + HDRP 4.x from package manager to even run it, and mileage may still vary. So ensure you meet those minimum requirements first.

I have. In fact, I’ve modified my package manifest to use the latest on master of the repo, after figuring maybe she was working off master instead of a tagged release (4.1 I believe).

did you manage to make the HDRP work with VR?
