HDRP screen much lighter after building than in editor

Project Environment is HDRP 10.2.2 ,Unity 2020.2.1f
This is the scene in editor , just using default post processing ,sky fog volume and a default Terrain.


But after building ,it looks as below ,apparently much lighter.

Does anyone know about this issue?

Already get this but only in full screen (from the build). It seems I can reproduce now, but I don’t know why.
