HDRP Some strange circles

Colleagues, tell me, please, what are these circles and how to remove them? Nothing helps. Thanx!

it’s mipmapping. beyond the distance of these curves you’re seeing, the texel/pixel ratio gets too high so a lower mipmap level is accessed. Since you set your filtering to bilinear rather than trilinear, you’re getting hard edges rather than blending between different mipmap levels.
