When you use the Thickness Map in Unity’s sss, you can see the dirty jaggies in the attached image is displayed.

These artifacts are coming from your thickness map. Edges of your UV layout are not orthogonal and therefore have some aliasing. Combine I with low resolution and you get artifacts. There also may be some issues with UV unwrapping itself.
The resolution of ThicknessMap is 2048, which I think is not that low.
After further investigation, it seems to get dirty in the spotlight.
Have you tried to disable the thickness map?
