HDRP: Under water caustics?

Hey. In a standard render you can use a projector with a frame set to imitate that kind of effects, but as said here - projectors are not supported by SRP. But I’m more interested in HDRP in particular, actually.

Is there gonna be any provided way to do things like this with SRP? It may be shadergraph or something?

You can definitely do that with the shader graph, but you might be able to also use decals (which are pretty much projectors) if they support emissive light. I also remember reading about box light support, which seems to be a directional light constrained to a bounding box, which might be exactly what you are looking for.
