Headset movement occurring in opposite directions in Unity VR

Hello

I have built a VR prototype on unity, however, for some reason the headset movement is occurring in opposite directions i.e. if I turn my head right, it will turn slightly to the left and the same applies for upward and downward movements. I am confused as to why this is happening and am not sure what to do.

All the controller movements are perfect, it is just the head movement which is off.
