There are tons of free resources on the internet to learn programming. for example the Learn section of this website

Try the learn section. The yellow book is also good. Computer science degrees are also popular.
learncs.org is good. I’d recommend googling around a bit too. If you ever are asking a question that you think has been asked before (like how to get into programming) google it! Someone’s probably already posted an answer.
