Help, Child inside parent seem to be stuck

Hi, i do have a problem since not so much time, i have a player item that have child item ( leg, torso , etc) all these child used to be moveable with the transform position in inspector.
Now i decided to move one of these child ( it’s a sword holder) and item seem to be stuck in place, transform position do change as i move it, but the mesh stay in place.
Any idea what’s happening ?
i checked it’s not static. 1st two image show before moving it. 2nd two show after trying to move it.



well fixed my issue kinda, deleted all item that wasn’t working, went into blender detached them from main character and imported them back into unity then made them child again… hope it’s not gonna happen again, that’s a time loss.
