HELP! Console Error

Please Help!
The game runs fine in the editor, no errors.
But when I try to build the game I get an error and all the scripts don’t work.
So I have to download Unity again and import my old assets, then it works fine, but it still won’t let me build the game.
The message is:

I’m on Mac, and I’m trying to build it as a MacOSX standalone, could this be the problem?

filename unknown errors are often due to the virus scan. Turn off your virus scan and try again. I need to turn of “real time checking” every time I want to use Unity or I get similar errors.
