@hichkas9: he was having fun with you, the video isn’t relevant to your question. To “create a room” you need to import and place model assets as you like, for information on that please start here:
From there you will read about things like learning the interface, asset work flow and then creating scenes. Read up on those and I’m sure you will be building your own rooms in no time!

For example, this question has nothing to do with GUI development so it’s not appropriate for the UnityGUI section, instead this is really ripe for Unity Support as you are asking for general guidance.
