Help lightning on VR game( Oculus quest 2)

Greetings. This will go a bit long. I was asked to fix a few issues of lightning for a Vr game we are working. Basically we have UVs overlapping in the lightmap for a few meshes and also for some are not static meshes they are not baking the lightning for them. Currently we have no directional light( we are faking it with the other lights) and all the lights we have are spot lights for lamps and areas of the scene. What are good settings and ideas for getting an efficient lightning for it?

Not really a VR issue I think.
Look for guides on how to bake lighting properly or maybe check the new URP e-book
