So I bought this asset of the store and when I try import it I only get this error
Failed to import package with error: Couldn’t decompress package
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr, Boolean&)
I am really dissapointed because the asset was 80 $ I will do anything to fix it
Check what version of Unity it was made under and for. You may have to get an older version of Unity installed. Assuming it works then, try gradually upgrading Unity at lest to 2019.4.18f1.

Well, if it’s a paid asset you should contact the asset creator or the Unity assetstore support. Maybe it’s an issue on your side. Note that certain assets may require that you own 3rd party software to be able to import the asset. However the error message you mentioned sounds like the package is corrupted. Have you tried re-downloading it?
