Just a few details that will get you alot further than just saying “Help me make a game” as time is money, people want to know what they are working on, what they will be paid in return and most of all, know what they are making.

I think you have to visit the walkerboy studio and take some references and with some changes make ur own games. But only for portfolio, not for sell.
Do you see the total lack of incentive you present to any third party?
If you dont take the effort to look at the resources around you then game development may not be for you…Spend some time searching for unity tutorials and start walking through them.
