Help needed immediately!

So, I was thinking about the next cool feature on lunch break. I unpackaged some Top Ramen and put it in the microwave for 2:15.

A few minutes later, I came out to realize that I forgot to put water in the bowl-- the office smells like sublimated ramen noodles, and the ramen seems to have solidified itself to the walls of the microwave, turning it a baige-yellow color.

Any recommendations for removing the yellow color from the microwave? (It used to be white)

Thanks!
